She is survived by: her husband Michael Faulkner; her daughters, Tammy Zegarelli, Donna Teneyck and Pamela Monroe; her sisters, Margaret Tillison and Carolyn Sue Wilson; and her grandchildren, William Self, Tiffany Dorman, Kevin Self, Andrew Monroe, Kristina Monroe, Christy Gray, Austin Bobo and Taylor Teneyck.
