He is survived by: his wife Stacy O'Leary; his mother Jackie Fields; his siblings, Leigh Ann Brown of Goodwater and Dennis O'Leary of Colorado Springs, CO; and his children, Colton, Corie, Mackenzie and Stacey. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the University of Alabama Cancer Center at Birmingham.
