He is survived by: his children, Tonya Renae Seda (Jason), Amanda Kay Harper (Katrina Barnes) and Eric Wayne Harper (Kristen); his brothers, Larry James Harper and Eddie Harper (Pam); his grandchildren, Penelope Lagares and Tucker Lee Harper; his nieces and nephews, Jamie Harper (Brooke), Johnny Holden, Becky Holden Belyeu (Shane), Molly Gudding and Hannah Fallin; and also, Lynda Tate Harper and Mary Cristina Laboy.
