She was predeceased by: her parents, T. V. Lipham and Delia Mae Lipham. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Finley; her daughter Kristi Smith (Danny); her grandchildren, Rev. Adam Smith (Casey) and Amber Turner (Kyle); her great grandchildren, Kade Turner and Jessie Rae Smith; and her siblings, Ann Cole, Francis Adams, Gayle Barker (Mike), Rhonda Veihe (Ken) and Bill Lipham (Jane). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
