He is survived by: his close friend Mary Ann Webb; his siblings, Bishop Lockhart, Jr. of LaFayette, Rebecca Lockhart of LaFayette and Linda Faye Moss; and his aunts, Lucy Mae Heard and Bertha Robinson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
