He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Peppers (Paula) and Marie Bell (Wilton); his siblings, Patricia Hull and Kenneth Bell; his pet Dixie; and his close friends, Richard Miller and Clinton Cole.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy R. Peppers; his daughters, Samantha White (Harvey) and Christie Peppers; his grandchildren, Jessica Jones (Mike), Wes Treece (Jennifer) and CJ Parker (Monica); his great grandchildren, Lilly Rae Treece, Kaylin Parker and Brayden Wilson (Ron Holmes); and his siblings, Linda Torbert and William Bell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
