With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ethel Louise Summerlin of Waverly, Alabama, who passed away on March 15, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Waverly Summerlin; her parents, Curtis Poole and Dorothy Poole; and her siblings, Walter Poole, Evelyn Lanier and Wayne Poole.

She is survived by: her children, Larry Summerlin, David Summerlin (Debbie), Tammy Shaw (Brent) and Mark Scott (Tina); and her grandchildren, Shanna Byrd (Ben), April Sexton (Grant), Lauren Hardman (John), Shea Terry (Charles), Lindsey Shaw and Kelly Bowman (Dan). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to London Baptist Church, Castleberry, Alabama.
