He is survived by: his brothers, Daniel and Frank; his wife Delores Whitney Foster; his children, Cal Foster, III (Tosha), Culpatrice Foster and Kenyetta Giles; his stepchildren, Christopher Whitney (Brodis Grisby), Vernetta and Loretta Grisby; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Whitney (Carla) and Vera Richardson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousin other family members and many friends.
