He is survived by: his father Kevin Shannon (Stephanie); his grandfathers, Jimmy Clemons and Ralph Shannon; his wife Hayley Caddell; his children, Adalyn Joy Caddell and Ralph James Caddell; his stepfather Allen Caddell; his grandmothers, Susie Clemons and Shirley Shannon; his siblings, Coleman Caddell (Reagan), Elijah Shannon, Jeremiah Shannon, Marena Ray (Jody) and Savanna Caddell (Sam); his aunts, Ginger Thompson (Jimmy), Mindy Newton (Mark) and Lisa Brooks (Ken); his uncle Chris Shannon (Malee); his nephew Case Ray; his friend Forrest Burgess; and his pet Sue.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Richardson Cemetery. A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Waterloo Community Center.
