She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Guthrie and Maybell Guthrie; her former husband Robert Joe Collier; her son Michael Joe Collier; and her siblings, Evelyn Gilliam and Onnie Guthrie.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Burns; her children, LaWanda Collier and Robert Collier (Sherry); her grandchildren, Brittany Raye Miller (Justin) and Robert Owen Collier II; her great grandchildren, Bryson Owen Collier, Madison Miller and Leland Collier; and her pets, Fred, Bama and Gizmo.
