He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Patterson; his parents, James Priest and Ruby Priest; and his sisters, Pauline Thorne, Betty Mayfield, Vera Mae and Lisa O'Kelley.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Puckett (Justin); his grandchildren, Ethan and Salem Puckett; and his siblings, Nell Holt (Ken), Mary Priest, Pat Alexander (Sid), Charlie Berryhill and John Richard Priest.
