He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Vickers and Mary Vickers. He is survived by: his wife Virgie Vickers; his sons, Henry, Will and Daniel Vickers; and his sisters, Edna Carter and Wanda Chadwick. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
