He is survived by: his wife Teresa Diane Dailey Carter; his son Ricardo Carter (Melony); his mother Mary Frances May Carter; his siblings, Steve Carter (Peggy), Bobby Carter (Brenda), Jerry Carter, Dale Carter, Letha Frazier, Elizabeth Allison (Vernon), Barbara McFall (Jeff), Wanda Kelley (Dunie) and Martha Rogers (Mike); his grandchildren, Madison Woods (Tyler) and Garret Carter; and his great grandchild Tucker Woods. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
