He is survived by: his children, Zach Smith (Jennifer) of Oklahoma and Brent Smith of Montogomery; his grandchildren, Warren and Jameson Smith of Oklahoma; his siblings, Danny Smith (Beverly) of Florence, Sandy Smith of Cherokee, Patti Walker (Charles) of Hazel Green and Kay Crunk (Larry) of Tennessee; and his close friend Deb Borden.
