He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanch Murphy and Pat Murphy; and his sisters, Lorene Murphy and Ruemae Bevis. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Murphy; his son David McCaulla, Jr.; his sisters, Bernice Faulkner and Lola Woods; and his pets, Beasley and Sally. He is also survived by several grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
