He is survived by: his sons, Charles Wilburn Phillips (Sheila) and Tony Henry Phillips (Kay); his grandchildren, Nicole Holt, Bo Pickens, Ashley Phillips, Catelyn Phillips and Casey Edwards; and his sister Belinda Phillips Murphy (Marvin Steve). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
