He is survived by: his wife LuLu (LaWanda); his children, Cindy, Kelley, Tom, Jr. (Lisa), Mandy and Adam; his sister Jennene (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Tyler, Chase, Drew, Heath (Vatican), Zachary, Brad, Noah, Kaleigh, Jude, Cortez and Kaden; and his great grandchild McKenzie.
