It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sam Johnson Jr. of Warrior, Alabama, who passed away on January 14, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Johnson, Sr. and Anna Self Johnson; his wife Barbara Johnson; his siblings, Donald, Jerry, Kenneth, Eugene Johnson and Norma Suddeth; his son-in-law Lee Brower; his son Mark Johnson (Lois); his grandchildren, Samuel of Hayden, Ala. and Ryan Johnson of Hayden, Ala.; his daughter Karen Brower of Orange Beach, Ala.; his grandchild Donnie Whiteaker-Smith (Eamon); his great grandchild Cora of St. Paul, Minn.; his daughter Pamela Wall (Terry) of Warrior, Ala.; and his grandchildren, Heather Bullard of Warrior, Ala. and Lindsey McInnerney (Scott) of Gardendale, Ala..
