He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Tina Motes Brown (Allen), Shannon Taylor (Meridith), Keith Musgrove (Amy) and Christie Sloan (Kyle); his grandchildren, Samuel, Olivia Brown, Caleb, Kaidin Lee, Brody, Brock Musgrove, Hunter, Hannah Harper, Wyatt Sloan, Josie and Jesse Taylor; and his siblings, Kathy Smith (Charlie), Jerry Musgrove (Bonnie) and Terry Musgrove.
