He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Strahan Sr. and Elizabeth Knotts Strahan; and his sister Nora Thrasher (Dave). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Strahan; his children, Danny "Man" Jowers (Amy), Levi Strahan, Star Jennings (Jon) and Laurel Horrell; his grandchildren, Morgan Jowers, Trey Jowers, Layla Strahan, Sunny Jennings, Ezra Jennings, Khloe Strahan and Kimber Strahan; and his brother Julian Strahan (Carleen). He is also survived by great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Forest Crest Cemetery (5730 US-78, Birmingham, AL 35210).
