She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Rogers and Nota Rogers; her husband William "Bill" Phillips; and her siblings, Reynolds, Bobby, Billy, Terrill Rogers, Doris Drummond and Jo Ann Bailey.

She is survived by: her sisters, Molly Rogers, Merrill Donald (Harold) and Shirley Reach; her grandsons, Will Phillips and Preston Haynie; her nephew Eddie Rogers; and her caregiver Brandy Hays.
