She is survived by: her children, Katherine Hartman (Terry) of Dayton, TN, Mandy Mathis, Bo Mathis (Mary) and Ben Mathis; and her grandchildren, Max Mathis, Chris Mathis, Chrystal Lowe of Warrior, AL, Kristy Sims (Isaac) and Addisyn Mathis. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, friends wishing to honor Frances are invited to make a donation in her name to either the Animal Adoption Center of Blount County located in Cleveland, Alabama OR St Jude Children's Hospital.
