He was predeceased by: his wife Johnie Greathouse; his mother Annie Greathouse; and his siblings, Troy Greathouse, Grady Greathouse, William Greathouse and Bertha Greathouse.
He is survived by: his father William Thomas; his sons, Neal Greathouse (Carolyn) and Wayne Greathouse (Pam); and his grandchildren, Lindy Hallmark (Greg), Derrick Greathouse, Kim Parsons (Perry) and Kyle Greathouse (Kelly). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
