He was predeceased by: his parents, Dudley Otts and Ruth Clark Otts; and his wife Sarah Davis Otts. He is survived by: his children, Vicki Chappell (Mike) of Hayden, AL and Brian Otts (Lori) of Warrior, AL.; his grandchildren, Kristen Waddell, Jared Chappell (Brooke), Nate Otts (Emily) and Gracie Carlyle (Jackson); his great grandchildren, Ethan Waddell, Mayer Waddell, Adalyn Waddell and Sarah Whitley Chappell; and his brothers, J. D. Otts, Jack Otts, Kenneth Otts and Wayne Otts.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the New Horizon Memorial Funeral Home (5203 Hollis Goodwin Rd, Dora, AL 35062). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
