She was predeceased by: her husband Bert Ellis Fulmer. She is survived by: her brother Frank Carlisle (Mary); and her children, Bert Fulmer, III (Resa), Jami Reno (Barry), Nathan Fulmer and Emily Fulmer. She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
