He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Campbell and Willie Lee Campbell; and his brother Ronny Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Kay Campbell; his daughters, Leann Cox (Tim) and Linda Estell (Kerry); his grandson Brett Cox (Melondy); his daughters, Haley Nix (Derrick), Morgan and Madalyn Estell; his great grandchildren, Mabry, Corbin Cox, Bennett and Anderson Nix; and his sister Sharon Still.
