He is survived by: his children, Cecil Tidmore, III, Mark Tidmore, Virginia Hicks and Tina Lee; his niece Nancy McGowan; and his siblings, Tommy Tidmore and Carol Underwood. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and great-grandchildren; many other beloved relatives and special friends.
