He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mitchell and Madge Carson Knight; and his brother Julian M. Knight. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Knight of Wadley; his son Wendell A. Knight, Jr. (Amanda) of Wadley; his granddaughter Katelyn Knight Freeman (Jon); and his sister Ramona Madden of Woodland.
