She is survived by: her mother Ophelia Lewis (Alford Lee); her children, Jessica Ann Lewis of Birmingham, Timothy O. Walker of Birmingham, Patrick LaShaun Lewis of Birmingham and Emily A. Lewis of Birmingham; her siblings, Valerie Williams (Theotis), Tyrone Battle (Dianne), Willie Joe Lewis (Susan), Kenneth Wayne Lewis (Loretta) and Shaun Lewis (Lisa); and her close friend Kenny Barsh. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends.
