He is survived by: his wife Wanda Joiner Weaver of Wadley; his sons, Cecil Joiner (Cornita) of Wadley and Andre Weaver (Ashley) of Birmingham; his grandchildren, Montavious Weaver, Lakendra Dozier, Ortavious Brown, Lakeisha Brown, Cortavion Lynch and Addison Weaver; his great grandchildren, Ashton Weaver, Neveah Weaver and Xavier Minnifield; his brothers, Ronald Yates of Wadley, Randy Weaver (Queesha) of Wadley and Patrick Weaver (Zenovia) of Colorado; his cousins, Rosa Lee Staples, Faye Pool and Jamie "Booger" Pool; his niece LaTara Joiner; and his close friends, Farrah Costley, Pete Stewart, Rodney McClain, Dewayne McClain and Amanda. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
