He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Lee and SeDenia Knight Screws; and his son Shane Wilson. He is survived by: his children, Bridget Screws of Wadley and Brantley Screws of Woodland; his grandchildren, Evan, Levi, Dante, Kalli and Nadia; and his siblings, Lynn Screws of Franklin, GA, Reppie York (Red) of Franklin, GA and Kem Screws of Wadley.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made to Quattlebaum Funeral Home to go toward final expenses.
