He is survived by: his children, Carolyn D. Molden of Douglasville, Tommy B. Molden (Charity) of Canton, MS, Kenneth J. Molden (Temika) of Wedowee and Calvin R. Sims, Sr. (Veronica) of Decatur, GA; his grandchildren, James "Bubba" K. Molden, Clarissa Cain, Tori Augustus (Mel), Marion Molden, Heather Molden, Calvin R. Sims, Jr. (C. J.), Kasey Sims, D. J. Franklin, Jr., Kendra Molden and Kennedi Molden; his great grandchildren, Shai E. Augustus, Ezra P. Augustus, Justin Champion, Jr. and A'onest Molden; and his close friend Era S. Brewster.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Benefield Funeral Home (17624 US-431, Wedowee, AL 36278). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Benefield Funeral Chapel (17624 US-431, Wedowee, AL 36278).
