He is survived by: his sister Mosel Parks; his wife Mona Looser; his children, Frank Looser Jr. (Cheryl), Melody Looser Scoggins (Sean), John Staples (Valerie), Ann Williamson Farr (Donald), Clint Looser, Chelsea Looser and Chuck Staples; his grandchildren, Meghan Winn Ivy (Michael), Miles Looser, Destinie Hawkins (Michael), Merri Holloway (William), Holly Scoggins, Shelby Shivers, Josh Staples (Destiny), Micah Staples, Emily Cowan (Isaac), Zion Staples, Gideon Staples (Scout) and Mack Staples; and his great grandchildren, Liam, Ezra, Illias, Anastasia, Jasper, Iris Ivy, Reagan Hawkins, Maisyn Holloway and Madisyn Holloway. He is also survived by Brother and Sister in laws, Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
