She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Norred and Essie Willingham Norred; her husband Elliott Gay; and her siblings, Tommy Norred, Nettie Harris, Willie Pearl Cagle, Margie Bishop and Patricia Stringfellow.
She is survived by: her siblings, Truman Norred of Jacksonville, AL and Betty Jo Richardson of Roanoke.
