She is survived by: her husband Phillip Wayne Hay of LaFayette; her children, Linda Brown of LaFayette and Rickey Hay (Sarah) of LaFayette; her brother Donald Brown (Kim) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Stephanie Munn (Gary) of Five Points and Brandon Brown of Columbus; and her great grandchildren, Skyler of Savannah, T. J. and Alex. She is also survived by 3 Sister In Laws, 1 Brother In Law, several nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
