He is survived by: his wife Tammy Huffstutler Knighten; his son Justin Knighten (Kaitea); his grandsons, Anchor Pace and Joshua Pace, Jr.; and his siblings, Teresa Sparkman (Steve), Patricia Cole, Eric Knighten and Mike Knighten (Melody). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
