She was predeceased by: her brother David Armstrong; her husband Paul Pruitt; and her son Michael Pruitt. She is survived by: her brother Donald Armstrong (Betty); her sons, Keith Pruitt (Tammy) and Wade Pruitt (Leslie); her grandsons, Joshua Pruitt, Benjamin Pruitt and Clay Pruitt; her great grandchild Evelyn Pruitt; and her nieces and nephews, Stephen Armstrong, Frank Armstrong, Scott Smith (Kim), Connie Gibbs (Chris), Renae Harris Lovetto and Nicole Hancock (Turk). She is also survived by her three boys, grandchildren and great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Northside Baptist Church, 1310 Katherine Street NW, Cullman, Alabama 35055.
