He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Mae McFadden and Ozell Bonnie Twilley; and his brother Robert Joseph Twilley. He is survived by: his wife Mazzie Twilley; his daughters, Tara Yarbrough (Fred) and Stacey Smith (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Taylor Glass (Bradley), Kayla Yarbrough, Baylee Yarbrough, Savannah Smith and Maverick Smith (Leigha); his great grandchildren, Presley and Hadley; and his siblings, Charles Douglas Twilley, Patricia Makemson (Gary) and Randy Dale Twilley.
