He is survived by: his wife Joy Bradford Johnson; his children, Dawn Campbell (Rickey), Julie Childers (Kenneth), Brad Johnson (Donna), Kirk Johnson (Tiffani) and Bonnie Joy Heatherly (Mike); his sister Christine Gentry; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Frederick (Stacey), Jamie Frederick, Zachary Self, Daniel Johnson (Kalyn), Brandi Howard (Wesley), Kyle Johnson, Lea Johnson, Justin Brown and Emily Horstman (Ross); and his pet Pudgie. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
