She is survived by: her son Charlie J. "Chad" Bolan, III (Brandi); her sisters, Reba Crow and Linda Perry (William); her grandchildren, Stashia Hamby (Joseph), Shaun Bolan (DeAnda) and Krysta Teal (Hunter); and her great grandchildren, Brennon Potter, Jaycie Potter, Slade Hamby, Westin Bolan, WrenLee Bolan and Cori Teal.
