He is survived by: his wife Glenda Slaton; his children, Shane Slaton, Wesley Slaton (Lindsey) and Jamie Slaton; his mother Betty Jean Brown Slaton; his sister Pam Slaton; and his half-siblings, Johann Caris, Kim Royster and Lesa Slayton Key. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
