He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Milligan and Thelma Dotson Milligan; and his brothers, Gary Milligan and Daryl Milligan. He is survived by: his wife Judy Milligan; and his sons, Johnny Milligan (Becky) and Matthew Milligan. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
