She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cook and Mandy Smith Cook; her husband Raymond Hoffman; her grandson Hunter Hoffman; and her siblings, Junior Bailey, William Bailey, Charlie Bailey and Peggy Hoffman.

She is survived by: her children, Roger Hoffman (Christy), Robert Hoffman (Sonya), Randy Hoffman (Renee), Richard Hoffman (Jessica) and Kathy Bowen (Roger); her siblings, Johnny Cook (Patricia), Hassell Cook and Carolyn Bailey; and her grandchildren, Blake Hoffman (Chandler), Brandon Hoffman, Brandy Hoffman and Trey Hoffman.
