He is survived by: his wife Billie Stovers; his children, Melissa Elliott (Rick), Cindy Hamby (Eddie) and Barry Stovers (LeAnn); his brothers, Billy John Stovers (Sis) and Jerry Stovers (Dru); his siblings-in-law, Belva Lynn (Topper), Terry Jackson (Shirley), Roy Jackson (Vickie), Jessie Jackson (Barbara) and Jeffrey Jackson; and his friend John Gandy. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
