He is survived by: his children, Harold L. Banks, Linda G. Rhoades, Mary J. McLean and Bonnie S. Banks; and his siblings, Harold L. Banks, Doris E. Parris and Shirley V. Davis. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
