She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Burney and Gertrude Duke Burney; her former husband Richard McBrayer; and her children, Jerry McBrayer, Patricia Brown and Sylvia Tyson.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald Hardin; her sons, Dale McBrayer (Carolyn) and Mark McBrayer (Teresa); her daughter-in-law Carolyn McKoy (John); her sisters, Betty Clay, Shirley Brock, Angie Smith, Debbie Burney and Kathy Burson; and her grandchildren, Lanza Lee (Gary), Jana Thomas, Jason Sims, Michael McBrayer (Jessica), Heath McBrayer, Justin McBrayer (Shannon), Randy McBrayer (Brittany), Keesha Robertson, Logan McBrayer, Wesley Still (Candace) and LaShane Haynes. She is also survived by Eighteen great-grandchildren; Two great-great grandchildren.
