He was predeceased by: his parents, Audie Leon and Johnnie Claudean McAnnally Collins. He is survived by: his daughter Courtney Ferguson; his siblings, Mac Collins, Tim Collins (Karen), Louise Abbott and Cindy Jackson (Phillip); and his grandchildren, Gavin, Emily, Olivia and Norah Ferguson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
