He was predeceased by: his father Curtis Smith. He is survived by: his wife Heather Smith; his mother Faye Nell Smith; his children, Lindsay Hamilton (Caleb), Saige Woodard (Kyle) and Drew Johnson; his sister Carmel Smith; and his granddaughters, Charlotte Hamilton and Eloise Hamilton.
