He was predeceased by: his father Randall Louis Barnes; and his grandparents, Doyle, Annie Myrl Burden, Dorothy Smith Higginbotham and Louis Barnes.
He is survived by: his mother Chiquita Burden Barnes; his stepson Lane Whatley; and his brothers, Joshua Barnes and Scott Barnes (Fallon Swann). He is also survived by aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends and family.
