He is survived by: his wife Juanita Yarbrough Reynolds; his children, Barbara Ann Reynolds McCombs, Kay Collins, Alton Ferrell Reynolds, Jr. (Jennifer), Scotty Reynolds, Steve Murphree, Barry Murphree and Mark Murphree; and his sister Barbara Reynolds Trussell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
